Right of Withdrawal and Returns

At BellaMia Oro, we accept returns up to 14 business days after the product is delivered, as long as the piece has not been used, altered, or damaged, and is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase. To exercise this right, contact us through any of the following channels:

Return Instructions:

Pack the item unused, in its original box with all components included.

Ship the jewelry via USPS (Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box) or another approved method.

Include a note with your full name, order number, and reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to voluntary withdrawal, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

If the return is due to a valid warranty claim, BellaMia Oro will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Zelle, credit/debit card, Klarna → The refund or reversal request will be submitted through that provider.

Each payment processor has its own refund timeframes (typically 3 to 10 business days).

Important: Refunds will only be issued after the piece has been received and verified for authenticity and condition, in order to prevent fraud through item substitution.

Conditions That Void the Warranty

If the jewelry has been subjected to acid tests, the warranty is voided.

This method is outdated and may dull or damage the shine of gold.

If you need to verify the authenticity of the gold, we recommend using XRF fluorescence spectrometry, a non-invasive, professional testing method.

For 18K Gold 730 → 72–73% purity.

For 18K Gold 750 → 75% purity.

If your piece has already been tested with acid, we can help polish and restore it.
The customer must cover all shipping and service costs. A video of the spectrometry test will be provided.

Warranty & Exchange Policy

You have 15 days to request exchanges.

You have 60 days to request warranty claims.

To qualify, the jewelry must be returned:

In perfect condition.

With no signs of misuse.

Not exposed to acid, fire, impact, or unauthorized handling.

Size or model exchanges are subject to availability and approval.

Returns and Warranties Will Not Be Accepted In These Cases:

Jewelry purchased on sale or promotion (final sale).

Chains weighing 1g or less + pendants that may break due to improper use.

Loss of cubic zirconia stones due to misuse or mishandling.
(Repairs may be offered at the customer’s expense.)

Jewelry damaged due to negligence, including:

    Exposure to fire, chemicals, acid, excessive pressure, twisting, or impact.

Jewelry Care and Maintenance

Please note: gold shine may fade due to sweat, skin pH, or external elements.

You may clean your jewelry with a soft cloth or specialized neutral solution.

Natural wear and tear is not covered by warranty.

Processing and Timing

The customer must ship the item within 2 business days of receiving return instructions.

Once received, BellaMia Oro will take:

2 to 3 business days to review and process exchanges.

3 to 5 business days to process refunds.

Note: We record video evidence of all packaging and shipping procedures to ensure your order is dispatched in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, report it immediately and do not use it, as this will void your warranty.
