Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) using Standard or Priority Mail, depending on availability.
In some cases, we may use other equivalent carriers if required by location or logistics.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is between 2 and 6 business days within the United States.
Delivery time begins once payment has been confirmed, not at the moment of purchase.

Tracking and Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on orders of $50 USD or more.
For purchases under that amount, a fixed shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Packaging and Security

All jewelry is carefully packed in our exclusive BellaMia Oro boxes and sealed before shipping.
We record a video of each packaging process as proof of the condition of every item prior to shipment.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address and contact details.
BellaMia Oro is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
