Payments – BellaMia Oro
Payments made through our gateways or bank transfers are subject to verification by BellaMia Oro. We reserve the right to adjust, reverse, or cancel any transaction if we detect suspicious activity, fraud attempts, or pricing errors, whether caused by human, technological, or other types of error.
Available payment methods:
Zelle
Cash App
Credit and debit cards via ShopPay
Shop Pay Installments (in partnership with Affirm)
Acima Leasing
Note: We do not store or transmit payment information on our website. All transactions are securely processed through ShopPay, a certified platform using encryption and bank-level security (PCI Level 1 certification).
Additional verification for credit card payments
To prevent fraud, the cardholder’s name must match the buyer and shipping recipient. Otherwise, BellaMia Oro reserves the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.
If extra verification is required, we may request:
A photo of your driver’s license or passport.
A photo of your credit card showing only the last 4 digits and your full name (never share CVV or expiration date).
This is a routine process to ensure your security. If you prefer not to complete this step, you may choose a different payment method such as Zelle.
Card payment confirmation times
Payments made via credit card may take up to 1 business day to be confirmed. Orders will only be shipped or prepared for pickup after confirmation. Immediate delivery is not available for card payments.
Refunds for cancellations or reversals
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
If paid via ShopPay, a reversal will be requested with your bank.
Refund processing times vary by bank and can take up to 15 business days.
Check your bank statements. If the refund does not appear, please contact your bank directly.
Order tracking
You can track your order by logging into “My Account” > “Order History”.
Possible order statuses:
Received: Order confirmed.
Transferred: Being prepared for shipment.
Shipped: Handed to the carrier.
Return received: We’ve received and accepted your return.
Completed: Order is no longer available for tracking.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
